Our 6 Steps Staffing Process:

Identifying Needs:

Assessing the organization's staffing requirements and determining the number, type, and skills of employees needed to fill vacant positions 

Recruitment:

 Attracting potential candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and other recruitment methods to create a pool of qualified applicants. 

Screening:

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and the organization.

Selection:

 Narrowing down the candidate pool through additional interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates for the positions. 

Offer and Negotiation:

Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms such as salary, benefits, and start date. 

Onboarding:

Welcoming new hires to the organization, providing them with necessary training and resources, and integrating them into their roles and the company culture.
